What are the requirements
Initial requirements include 2 valid IDs, billing statement, income documents, filled out reservation agreement form and reservation fee of 10k-25k pesos
Can I reserve if I am overseas?
Yes, you can definitely reserve overseas. You just need to have a representative here in the Philippines. Special Power of Attorney will be needed. The form will be provided by Amaia. Other documents needed will also be discussed.
What banks are you accredited?
Amaia is accredited in almost all banks in the Philippines
What is the ownership type?
Perpertual Ownership - you have every right a condominium unit owner is entitled to as provided in the Condominium Act in the above post; you have full ownership rights to your own unit(s) and a proportionate share of ownership to all the common areas of the building and the land itself where your condo is built on.
